After over a decade on Wall Street, Mickey ventured into telecom at Gilette Global Network where he ran the Lit Buildings Division. A pioneer in HPBX, Mickey founded Telworx in 2002 to provide customized network expansion and relocation services to small and mid-market businesses. His customer-centric relationship approach to business led to Telworx' consultancy style. With a motto of "Nothing is little" Telworx focuses on providing the best IT experience to its clientele, resulting in best-in-class reputation throughout the NY tri-state area. Mickey is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania.

Todd has been active in the technology and telephony fields since 1996. He started out managing computer networks for small and medium businesses. He later moved to a telecom master agency where he managed all operations. Todd was very involved in designing and provisioning voice and data networks for Internet Service Providers and companies with multiple offices. These past roles gave Todd a unique understanding of the integration of LANs and WANs, IP traffic & routing, voice circuits & phone systems. In 2006 Todd joined Telworx as Director of Operations. Todd oversees all customer projects and provides escalation support for our technicians. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Drexel University.

Angelo is our lead cabling installer. Originally from the US Virgin Island of St. Croix, Angelo moved to New York as a kid. He is a graduate of the South Bronx Job Corps Academy with a specialization in network cabling. Angelo is a certified copper and fiber installer for Commscope. Angelo is well versed in many systems including Avaya Partner, Avaya IP Office, Nortel MICS, Nortel BCM and Panasonic phone systems. Angelo joined the team in 2005 and remains one of our lead cabling technicians.

Kim has been a vital component to the success at Telworx since joining the company in 2008. Specializing in National Accounts, she works on handling all project management needs for office build outs across the country as well as the tri-state area. Kim works closely with clients, contractors and technicians ensuring that installation meets the necessary deadlines. Overseeing installations of cabling systems, AV Installations, and IT assistance. Kim’s team motto has always been “Get it Done” which is why there is no request too big or small for her to handle.

Andrew has been a part of the Telworx team since 2021. He has an Information Systems degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is CompTIA Security Plus certified and has received many other technical certifications. Specializing in Managed Services since 2009, Andrew has strong knowledge of a wide range of operating systems, hardware, software, networking, virtualization, data backup, hosting, and cloud management. He works to ensure the planning, coordination, and timelines of projects are being met.

Dave joined Telworx in the year 2019. He is our expert in all things AVS. He works to ensure our customers are provided with the best systems for a variety of settings including commercial buildings, hospitals, and schools. This includes projects relating to CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and visual equipment.

Kevin is our personalized IT support who works to ensure your business network is running effectively. He ensures your services, such as network, application, infrastructure and security are active and provides expertise and experience when issues arise.
